Note: If pool is already compliant (less than 1%) then notice of compliance will be issued.

Follow up Inspection

• Verify compliance.
• Supply written notice of compliance.

Organise Remedial Works

• Brief Mi Services Pty Ltd such that they can quote.

Detailed Specification

• Produce detailed report / designs of required remedial works.
• Examine plans and visit site of proposed pool and then design compliant barriers.

Independent Expert

• Visit site and produce fully documented expert report.
• Appear in court as an expert witness.
